Displaying realtime traffic information

The following traffic flow information is displayed:

  1. Green lines: Free traffic flow
  2. Orange lines: Slow-moving traffic
  3. Red lines: Tailbacks

  1. You will need a data-enabled SIM card to use these services and the wireless Internet access. A separate, fee-based contract with a mobile phone provider is required.

Offroad mode navigation

Risks of accidents
Compass errors and malfunctions cannot be ruled out due to system-related inaccuracies and malfunction risks of satellite-based navigation. The driver is always responsible for driving the vehicle.

  • Never rely solely on offroad navigation.
  • Always pay attention to offroad conditions.

Offroad mode allows you to record a route (trace) when traveling in non-digitized areas. This is done by setting waypoints.

Activating and deactivating offroad mode
Offroad mode allows you to navigate freely away from listed streets and routes.

Tracing waypoints

  1. Offroad mode is active.

  1. Trace forward: Waypoints are traced from the starting point to the end point.
  2. Trace backward: Waypoints are traced from the end point to the starting point.
  3. From start: Departure point is the starting point.
  4. From here: Departure point is the current vehicle position.
